Geonho Kim was born in 2010. He is a student at Seoul Arts High School and has studied since 2015 with Clara Jung-Yang Shin and Soon Hee Kook.
In 2020, he gave his debut solo recital dedicated entirely to the music of J. S. Bach. Initially planned as a live event, the concert was moved online due to the COVID-19 pandemic and reached an audience of nearly 10,000 viewers. This performance led to subsequent appearances with members of the Seoul Philharmonic Orchestra, and the preparation process was filmed by the Korean Broadcasting System (KBS) and broadcast as a five-part documentary, Human Screening.
In 2023, he was invited to participate in the Kumho Prodigy Concert Series, organised by the Kumho Cultural Foundation. He has since appeared as a soloist with the Gimpo Philharmonic Orchestra, the Elite Symphony Orchestra, the Eins Symphony Orchestra, and the Korean United College Orchestra.
